Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact.aionvault@gmail.com. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original purchase. Once accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days, where applicable. Items must meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
